Cannot use my vantus rune on queen ansurek even though i haven’t used it yet.
It says “you’ve already used a vantus rune this week” even though i haven’t and no vantus rune use is showing in my buffs / debuffs.

Confirming exact same bug - seen on heroic Queen. Also have not used a rune this week.
I used a Vantus Rune on Thursday on Heroic Queen Ansurek, we’re currently doing progression and my guild finally got the first kill on Sunday evening.
Only on Sunday evening it was showing me as the only person in the raid that didn’t have a vantus rune used, and I didn’t have a Vantus Rune buff in my buff list. When I tried to reapply one I got the “you’ve already used a vantus rune this week” error.
I had used a Rank 3 Vantus Rune, and was Raid Leader.
