Can't use the Sinister Rouge Mask on other rogues..?

So I just farmed for an hour on my 102 rogue for the Sinister Rouge Mask… But it doesn’t go to my appearance book…? It lets me transmog it on THAT character, but not any other of my rogues. I did the same thing on a 110, same result. I really don’t want to have to wait until my new character is level 100 just to use a silly mask… cmon Blizz…

Appearances won’t be added account-wide during that 2hour window where they can still be returned to a vendor for a full refund.

Put the item in void storage or add it to favorites in your collection, and it will remove that timer.
