As the title says, I’m unable to use [Soul Sigil I] on nearly blue crafted cloth gear for my priest.
The only thing you can use it on is the robe, slippers, and cuffs.
According to WoWhead, you can only use this on five armor slots. Neck, chest, braces, feet, ring.
