While Partied with my friend who is leveling in BG’s I am unable to use my Heirloom Insignia of the Horde. It shows as locked with my other skills that i cant use do to the level squish. I attempted to max its level out to make sure that was not the problem.
what do you mean by “shows as locked”?
does it have red text? or a padlock?
(and i have to ask… it’s not an alliance character which you’re trying to use it on?)
have you got another character which is a higher level who can try creating it and mailing it to the character who wants to use it?
Both, it shows as locked and red text. It seems like its not scaling down and yes its a horde Insignia, on a horde toon

i’ve checked mine across characters of various levels, and none are seeing this

It sounds like it could be a bug with party syncing. When I’m party synced with lower levels, things like goblin gliders and other similar consumables have been unusable due to level reduction even though the item should be usable. I haven’t tried lately though. Does the item work when not synced with the other player?
Yes, when im in town ive tried it and it works
I think its related to the level sync. However its an heirloom so it should just scale and work.
