was trying to create a level 3 fishing shack on an alt character, I went ahead and learned all the fishing shack blueprints. When I went to upgrade it to the 3rd level the game wouldn’t allow me because it said I needed to learn the blueprint, I click on the level 3 blueprint and it says I already learned it, I have no idea how to fix this now

I believe your character has to be at least level 40 and have completed the Draenor Angler achievement.
If both those condition exit, try leaving the Garrison and re-entering it.
i just fixed it, got help from my servers trade chat: i had to change the language in the game and that somehow fixed it xd

I have characters that have been stuck at that point for years, I’ll have to try that.
Wierd solution but it worked

This bug still happens and this fix still works, in case anyone was wondering. What a weird thing.

I had this exact issue! Submitted a ticket and they said to check the forums. I immediately think to myself, “as if! My issue IS unique!”
Oh my goodness. I literally just did this(changing my language), and it worked! My fishing shack level 3 is being constructed after being stuck for several days. This is incredible. #ThankYouForums
