I received season 2 gear from the vault on the 7thh, and today the 8th i received season 2 gear from the 5 time travel dungeon runs. But, I can not upgrade my gear. Are we supposed to be receiving season 3 gear now ? Is that why i can’t upgrade my gear >?
The gear i received was recommended gear from icy veins, so i am upset about it, i understand season 3 gear isn’t available yet, but i still am unable to upgrade my season two gear.
Season 3 starts next reset. S3 vault gear will start on the 21st.
Currently it is intended that S2 gear cannot be upgraded as Shadowflame crests were deprecated.

At one point, I received a new cloak that started out as "Veteran 1/8” at ilevel 441, so I think Season 3 gear can drop.
I haven’t tried upgrading it, though.
As to S2 gear, it’s all done. Since the developers trashed S2 upgrade tokens, there is no way to do that.
i have all s2 gear in my vault for this week. which will be useless next week. the currencyx6 will also be useless (the tokens you buy volcanic sculptor with) because the sculptor only works on s2 gear.
so, is this week just a wash for vault rewards?
with the season being over, can we still earn points for NEXT weeks unlocks? or is next week a wash also?
