Can't upgrade gear

I’ve been trying to upgrade a few pieces of my gear, but since the start of this week, I’ve been getting an error message that says that I don’t have the currency needed to upgrade, even though I definitely do.

Ex: Trying to upgrade a pair of bracers from Champion 4/8 to Champion 5/8, which costs 50 flightstones and 1 Wyrm’s Shadowflame Crest. I have 1,921 flightstones and 16 Wyrm’s Shadowflame Crests, but it’s still saying I don’t have enough currency.

I’ve been having the same problem for the last 2 weeks. I’ve tried /reload, and disabling addons like other forums have suggested.

If the currency items (Shadowflame Crests) are in the bank, you can’t use them. Yes, it’s probably a bug. But it works if you take the crests out of the bank and put them in your bags when you go to do the item upgrade. So you can make this work even if the developers don’t hurry to fix it.
