How is this bug still a problem? I have not been able to get a fix for this. I’ve changed my language settings. I’ve disabled addons. I requested a ‘character stuck’ fix. I’ve logged in and out a ridiculous amount of times. My garrison is level 3. I buy the level 2 plans for the trading post. Try to use them “you already know this blueprint”. Ok, so I try to upgrade the building from the drafting table. “You need the blueprints for this.” They are IN MY INVENTORY. Please help.

When I try to use the item it says “you already know that blueprint”.

Yes, as you can see in my initial post, I’ve tried disabling addons. I removed my WTF folder. I removed my cache folder. I’ve left my garrison, disabled addons, and typed /reload and walked back to the drafting table. Nothing works.

The only quests I have left are the naval missions and quests in Tanaan Jungle. I have screenshots of this issue but I’m not sure how to share them, since I can’t include links in my posts.
Chromie time is not available to me since I am level 60.

I already knew a bunch of blueprints because I had more gold than garrison resources, but they did not show as known to me when I got enough resources to upgrade the buildings. If I bought another blueprint of an upgrade I already knew, it did not show as one I knew and when I tried to read it I was told I already knew it.
I tried unloading all my addons. I tried relogging. I tried exiting WoW. I tried leaving the garrison. The only thing that worked was to exit WoW and reboot my computer. So weird.
I have several characters that have been stuck with that bug for years. The garrison upgrade map tells me I need to purchase the upgrade, but the vendor tells me I already know it.

Same for this character I am trying to upgrade the garrison on. It tells me I need plans to upgrade the buildings and when I buy the plans, click on them, it says I already know them. Very frustrating and makes me wonder just how much Blizzard really cares about their players and the experience they have when playing the game

Yeah same issue still even years later. Sad really for anyone who is a completionist and trying to go back and finish
