Anything with a socket won’t upgrade when u hit higher brackets.

I am having a similar problem, although it isn’t with socketed items. I just have 4 or 5 items that wont upgrade to the next tier even though i’ve hit the rating required, and upgraded all the other items…

Seems like anything that can be socketed isn’t upgrading whether there’s a socket in or not. Rings helms waists etc

having the same problem with rings. It let me upgrade once then says it can’t be modified even though I hit challenger 2 tonight

Yeah, for me its actually helm, neck, wrist, 1 ring and waist that wont upgrade.

Having the same problem cant upgrade once I hit 1800 says cant be modified.

Same. I purchased bracers and a belt, put a socket in them, and was only able to upgrade to level 3 (I have Challenger II) and getting the 'That item cannot be modified." I was able to upgrade my shield and gloves, so I believe it is socketable pieces only.

SAME. Cannot upgrade the following items: neck, 1 of 2 rings, and belt. Seems to affect items which can have a socket, but in my case none of them actually have one.

Me also, I cant upgrade my last 2 rings. The vault also gave me gear that wasnt my current rating/item level.

We are currently investigating an issue where PvP gear can’t be upgraded. When hitting the upgrade button the error message “This item can’t be modified” appears.
