I’m being prompted to update but it stops at 68% and gives me an error. Is anyone else having this issue this morning?
Edit: The error says “Whoops! Looks like something broke. Give it another shot.”

Which error code is it? You can also search the code to find the Blizzard support page with the steps to resolve it here: https://us.battle.net/support/en/
Getting the same exact scenario. PTR 10.2.5 is updating stays at 99% and hangs at initializing. Retail WoW wants to update too, but then just hangs on initializing at 0%.
If i close launcher and reload, the two updates go back and forth with each other. I can launch and play Classic with no issues.
Sometimes an error code with this pops up: Error Code: BLZBNTAGT00001389 and other times the two updates just keep trading places stuck on initializing.
There is a support doc for that error:
After the maintenance, I started the game. When it retrieved the realm list, it showed all of the realms as “incompatible”. I quit out of WoW and asked the battle net app to check for updates and it just sat there hung. I closed the battle net app and reopened it, and the update started on its own. However, after several minutes it’s sitting at Initializing, 0% done.
Two hours later. Still initializing.
Started to run the repair tool it’s gone from 1% to 3% in like 30 minutes. Does it usually go this slow. haha
I’m having the same problem - started off the patch for Retail WoW, it got to 32.99MB (out of 438MB) over about 30mins, then started again, & is currently hung at 96 bytes of 344MB, for more than an hour now. Have rebooted, reset my connection, & restarted the app…
