“An internal error occurred. Please wait a few moments and try again. If this error continues, try restarting Battle.net”
That’s the message I keep getting.
I’ve tried restarting Battle.net and I’ve waited for like an hour. Not sure why it refuses to update.
I closed all instances of battle.net from the task manager then reopened it. It gave the error once more but eventually updated.
you have to close all of bnet including the updater in task manager.
or reboot.
it will wok after it i closed all the way.
Thanks for the replies. I tried rebooting and closing everything in the task manager, figured out it wasn’t updating because I had classic WoW open and was playing that while trying to update cata. Once I closed classic WoW it allowed me to start to update and stopped giving me the error.
