Can't unlock toy Scroll of Aeons

EDIT: They finally fixed on December 3rd.

2 days ago I accidentally deleted the item Purian, needed for a treasure (toy Scroll of Aeons) in southeast part of Bastion. I already submitted a ticket explaining the situation but they responded with a copy/paste response, I also tried recovering on the item restoration service and waiting for it to respawn in game, both with unsuccesfully results.

I know this is not a life or death matter, but I dont think that an item that is used to unlock a treasure spawns only once, and hope the respawn could be fixed in the future.

EDIT: Now the new response is this:

Hey there! Game Master Kieulas here!

I’ve read your ticket about losing some Purians!

Purians suitable for offerings are pretty hard to find - however, Purians are so well-loved in Bastion that more of the best ones will eventually show up on someone’s plate somewhere, at some point.

That’s as much as we can say for now, but you can always reach out to your fellow adventurers for more information!

Has anyone seen Purians spawning on other locations? (other than the specified on wowhead)

The answer that the person gave you makes me angry - that they don’t understand the difference between ‘ripe purian’ and ‘purian’ as two distinct different items. I too accidentially deleted those ‘purians’ and they are not retrievable, Ive looked all across bastion for hours and also cannot locate another standard ‘purian’ - would blizzard please clarify if ‘purian’ also respawn and not just 'ripe purian’s?

I have the same issue aswell. I put in a ticket and got the same response, but now I am completely done with the meta achievement “Treasures of Bastion” yet I can’t complete it because of the “Purian” not respawning. Hopefully they will fix this soon because it bothers me that it’s not completed xD

Well shoot, I did the same thing since I was dumb and couldn’t find the bowl to put them in. The Purian hasn’t respawned in over 24 hours.

I had the same issue, and I got the same response from the GM. I believe the GM that’s responding to tickets about this mistakenly believe we’re talking about the “Ripe Purian” item that’s found zone wide, and not the “Purian” item only looted from that one bowl.

Their “they’ll show up somewhere else” response is incorrect.

Update, new response is this:

Hey there Atrius, I’m Specialist Game Master Enisler. We’ve been especially busy with everything going on, so we definitely appreciate your patience as we got to your ticket!
I can’t give too much information on the inner workings of these Purians, but I can confirm that you are still able to get this toy without any intervention from us here in customer support!
There are many different Purians available in Bastion, with a number of different spawn points, and types. To get the Scroll of Aeons toy, if you’ve deleted the “tutorial purians” that are available nearby, you would have to obtain Purians from somewhere else in the zone. I can’t give spawn locations, but can confirm they spawn in one location, once a day. Figuring out the rest is up to you and other members of the community (wowhead, etc.)
Good luck.
I hope you enjoy the rest of your day!

So, TLDR, they decided instead of making it so if you accidentally deleted the Purians they’d just respawn, they did that, which is the most frustrating, backwards, unnecessary thing they could have possibly done.

Instead of simply allowing players to pick them up again at another nearby bowl, they’ve decided to hide them in one place somewhere else in the ENTIRE ZONE OF BASTION, and “you just gotta look for them”, as if the community is going to have any incentive to scour every possible location Purians could spawn in the entire zone, and I assume you can only collect/see them if you happened to delete your original set. The odds of any single player, or even “the community” finding that is insanely low, especially considering it only matters to players who accidentally deleted the first set.

What in god’s name are they thinking?

I had the same problem, deleted the Purian item, wanted to complete the achievement, and the ground spawn item was no longer there. Alt character could do it, but the completion wasn’t shared between characters.

Sent in a ticket, got the same generic reply, and in my follow-up reply I referenced this thread saying that lots of people are having the same issue.

I went back to Bastion this morning and was going to do a world quest in the area and the Purian was back on the bench. Don’t know if it’ll be there for the other people that had this problem trying to complete the achievement, but it’s worth going back and looking to see if it has respawned for you.

It was in the hotfix notes for Dec 3rd so it seems to be fixed.
