I’ve completed every quest in Argus, all 3 campaigns etc, there are no available quests to take that I can see on my map but I am still unable to enter Antorus?
Wat do?
Do not let something as trivial as their raid not being available from stopping you on your path to justice.
You must swear upon the Light. Do not rest until their war machine is broken, their banners are ash, and their days of slaughter are over.
They have shown the world their cruelty.
Now, show them justice.

Like you run over to the portal and it’s not there or it won’t let you in?
I have alts that have done no questing there, aside from the quest from Khadgar to go there initially, and they enter the raid without issue.

I haven’t even done that quest.
Any alt I’ve taken to Dalaran can see the portal to Vindicator / Argus without even talking to Khadgar, then they just take the teleport closest to the raid, run over on a ground mount, and walk inside.
And I don’t recall access being gated the first time other than completing enough of the story campaign to get a teleport location established on the sub-zone with the raid.
There is a giant looking portal thing on the area above the green fel river that looks kind of like a raid portal - maybe they are trying to walk into that - I dunno.
I would suggest checking wow head. There’s probably a skip strategy guide that can help you there.

Not sure if this’ll help, but unique quests show up on the Vindicaar depending on if you’re over Krokuun, Antoran Wastes, or Eredath. It’s possible the quest to blast open the gates of Antorus after you’ve fully restored the crown of the triumvirate only shows up over the Antoran Wastes.
Pretty sure this is the case. You only have to do the quest once per account.
This is the quest you should be looking for as well.
