I can’t turn my characters while moving forwards anymore. It will work about 30% of the time so I know the buttons work. I have tried the keyboards on other MMOs that I have and they keyboards worked flawlessly. I have tried all of my characters, two different keyboards, reset my interface completely, reset the keybindings to default settings, uninstalled all programs related to my keyboards and nothing works. I have to use my mouse to move. My keyboards are Razer keyboards. (Ornata v2 and Blackwidow v3). I’m at a loss of what to try next. last time I played WoW it worked perfectly and that was about a week ago. I haven’t touched my computer till today. I’d be grateful for any ideas.

Does your keyboard have software that you can program?
I redownloaded the Razer keyboard software and it shows my keyboard just fine with no profiles loaded at all. I can’t turn while trying to move backwards either but I can strafe and jump. It’s strange that this is only happening with WoW. I am thinking about a clean reinstall if I can’t fix it soon. Right now I am moving with my mouse and that is working just fine. Maybe a repair will fix it?

Might want to write down settings just in case it still will not work.
I don’t like to recomemd all of the settings unless last resort.
Empty windows Prefech directory; wait for it to put back in the stuff in memory and restart computer.
Well, I did a scan and repair twice and ran into the “Whoops! Looks like something broke…” message so I am going to try a clean reinstall. Sigh.

And so, sugardaddy has been running non stop since then.
Still not fixed. I’m at a total loss about what to do. It’s the only game that does it. I might have to stick to using the mouse. Not so bad but my OCD just wants it to work, ya know? I can move in all directions no problem using a Xbox controller though. Also my left, right and back arrow keys don’t work while moving forwards either.

That might be the issue.
Check the controller it is most likely the reason. Unplug the controller and restart and test again, or the Add-on that run it.

The controller was never plugged in to begin with when the problem first started. I just plugged it in to see if it would work. I wasn’t using an addon for it. I was just testing the native controller support in WoW.
Open a ticket. Send them your MSInfo. Maybe there are system clues in there. This is not a commonly reported issue with the WoW client, generally the result of a system issue.
