Completed the dungeon. The quest showed completion. Returned to Dornogal. Clicked on Biergoth, and he showed it as completable. I clicked the complete, but it failed, possibly because my bags were full. I cleared out my bags and returned to him. But now while it shows the blue completion marker over his head, he simply talks through his dialogue. There’s no quest completion interface. I have switched characters. I have logged out. Battle.Net even patched WoW. But he’s still stuck in an uncompletable state.
Do you use Immersion addon? I had to disable that to get the quest to turn in.
You might also try a complete UI reset to rule out anything funky. A corrupted UI element can definitely cause something like this. Follow the steps in the below guide. It is fully reverisble if it doesn’t help, just move the original folders back over when done. This is a way more indepth reset then just a / reload or updating.

Thanks! I had tried disabling a few others, but not that one.
However, it just worked today! There may have been an Immersion update which fixed it.
