I have been working to progress my Horde mage through the Battle for Azeroth quest chain. No issues following the quest chain until now. I’m in Zuldazar (Dazar’alor specifically) and received the quest ‘Terrace of the Chosen.’ I go to the identified turn in spot, and there are no NPCs there (Kaza’jin the Wavebinder) to turn the quest into.
I’ve watched YouTube vids, read guides, reloaded UI, abandoned and reaccepted the quest, and disabled add ons to try and fix it. My BfA quest tracker says I need to turn in this quest to progress. Am I missing something that would be obvious to any experienced folks here? Is there a breadcrumb I did not hit that would activate the NPC scene?
