The Patterns Within Patterns quest shows “Ready for turn-in”, but the question mark above Highlord Bolvar Fordragon is grayed out, and so is the Continue button.
Same bug, I also get unmounted when I come closer to the little pool, there are 2 elders, were 3 but one went away with a chat prompt, so it may be that there is a phasing issue?

Now that you mention it, I also could not mount near him. Had to walk a few paces away to mount up.
Also unable to turn in, even though I’m 100% complete.
same issue here 100% complete can’t turn in, the continue is grayed out
I just logged back this morning and it’s now showing 69% complete. This seems very much like Patters within Patterns Reset? - #29 by Käito-drakkari.
