Can't Turn in Bringer of the Light Quest

Quest Name: Bringer of the Light
Issue: Khadgar is not in the Violet Citadel or in the chamber of the guardian for me to turn this quest in to him. The wow pre-patch event has bugged this quest out and it is not fixed.

I’ve completed the “Bringer of the Light” quest, and I have the question mark in Violet Citadel on the map to turn in, but Khadgar is not in the Violet Citadel when I try to turn it in. I had an issue with him phasing out of the Chamber of the Guardian during prepatch for the “A Falling Star” quest, but now that that prepatch is over for me, I was able to complete “A Falling Star” perfectly fine. Khadgar is not at the ? icon nor under ground where he gave out the quest.

Try grouping with a level 10 and do a party sync. I was able to turn in ‘Uniting the Isles’ this way, however I was unable to turn in ‘Bringer of the Light’. You may have better luck though. It’s worth a shot!

Yea it is really annoying that this launch broke so much stuff. I have had no luck turning this in, hopefully fixed on tuesday during maintenance.
