Apply button is lite up and I have the money for it and I’m not a dracthyr.
This problem keeps happening and I ended up finding out I have to transmog the item into something else all together to use the one saved in my outfit to change it to the item i want so i have to transmog an item two times thus burning twice the gold to do it. Very annoying.
