Can't transmog my weapons into artifact weapon

I can’t seem to get my weapons which were transmogged last night to actually apply,

-It will allow me to transmog it to another dagger, but not the artifact staff weapon.
-It won’t take any gold but will make the noise that it is transmogging

I am having the same exact issue–lvl 30 fire mage trying to tmog my honor level appearance. I was able to last week, but after the weekly reset it no longer works.

Having the same issue on my shaman as well. Had the Fist of Ra-Den transmogged on my dagger last night. Log in today to find the transmog removed. Try to reapply it and it makes the noise like it will but does nothing.

I was able to apply the appearance to an axe in my bag but it won’t work on my dagger or a staff I have. Seems to be an issue with certain weapon types.
