Can't transfer classic character due to mail in inbox, when I dont have mail in my inbox

I submitted a ticket last night in which I got a generic response. Prior to submitting that ticket I had researched this via blue posts etc and performed all the necessary advice. I still can’t transfer to another server due to having phantom mail in the mailbox that I can’t see. Posting here as my ticket wait time is 19 days.

Any help is appreciated (no one on ignore, past the 72 window for boosted, waited 24 hrs for quests reward mailings, burned sage, prayed to the gods, etc)
