Just completed an 8 Tak-Rethan with a Horde Blood DK and a Horde Hunter. I was able to heal the Alliance hunter and mage just fine, but I couldn’t target heal either of the horde players. My atonement would spread to them if I was in range, but it made the delve very frustrating. Good thing it was an op Blood DK, otherwise it would have been a failed run. This is unacceptable. Just make Horde/Alliance able to friendly interact unless pvp flagged
