I was very much not impressed with the “GM’s” response to my ticket. I went to submit the survey and for obvious reasons chose some negative responses. It wouldn’t even let me submit the survey. I exited the survey and now it’s gone. Shows how much you all actually care. What a joke.
How did you access the survey? In game OR here on the website?

If it’s not under your ticket history page, it might have submitted and returned the error thinking you tried submitting twice.

I’m not sure if there’s a character limit on the survey, or if there was a block via the browser.
It likely won’t help, but maybe it will explain the answer you received.
