its caused by dragonriding mechanics, you can temporarily fix it by fly and land again but when you get into arena theres no way to fix it

Having same issue it just randomly comes and goes.
Just happened to me when I got into a dungeon, it eventually evolved into I also couldn’t jump and got stuck in water.

I’m having the same issue, and bro this is so annoying.
Same for 2 days now I cant strafe in dungeons
Same 5 arenas in a row even after fixing it by jumping in the air on dragon riding mount and entering them on no mount
