I’m not able to start the questline the quest giver doesnt show up for my hunter (grindss-malganis) however it does show up for some of my other characters. I’m not sure what to do at this point to start it as Mograine and crew is not showing up in the valley of strength for me.

For characters that can’t use Chromie Time to push the city into the right phase, the next option is to find someone who can see them and Party Sync to them.
