Cant Start Rebuilding the AFMOD

I have a Dracthyr Evoker and this is an issue with the quest not showing up for Dracthyrs after completing Putting the Gob in Gob Squad quest. Please help me start the Rebuilding the AFMOD quest so I can get Zandalari Trolls please. For reference again, here is this link to a blizzard forum that shows this is a bug;

I just canceled my subscription, a MEDIOCRE error for the size of blizzard, I wasted time doing all the quests to release the trolls from zandalari, and I come across a BUG in the last part, I refuse to give 1 cent to this company, and I say, who pays is being SUCKER

bumping this, still hasn’t been fixed. As OP says in original bug report, this should be trivial for game devs to remedy, just fix it.
