I found an item called a Broken Axe Blade that starts a quest. Part of the description is that it requires blacksmithing in order to start the quest. Even though I have blacksmithing as one of my professions on the character, I get an error message that says “you don’t meet the requirements for that quest.” Can anyone help?

Wowhead comments indicate that you have to have at least one point of Legion blacksmithing. Which is weird, since it drops off vanilla npcs and originally required classic blacksmithing.
