Did all the quests at the life vault ruins and an am unable to start the beyond the barrier mission even though all the npcs are standing near the barrier clearly wanting to enter.

Yea same here. Doesn’t seem to be a problem for everyone. I can see people interacting with her for the next quests.
I am having the same issue. There is no one to talk to start it and I can’t enter the ruins.
I figured it out! Open up map, click magnifying glass, enable trivial quests and you will find it!
Same issue. turning on trivial quests does nothing for me.
EDIT: Figured it out, quest log was full, looted an item that starts quest in area from the elementals. Once you start it it completes same aera, than you get 3 new quests.

My quest log isn’t full, and I can see the NPC’s standing there. They just aren’t offering the next line of quests. There should be one quest from all 3 NPC’s but no dice. My alts did the quest line just fine but my Main is stuck.

Thanks, this happened to me as well and clicked on the item in bag and opened up the three new quests.

It’s not showing up for me either but after reading these comments it sounds like I need to kill the elementals in the area to find the quest item. What is the quest item you need to find and from what NPC’s?
Is there a resolution to this? I can’t see this quest. Quest log is not full. Killed a bunch of elementals and didn’t get any kind of quest item. What gives?
