I have 3 talent points, can’t put them into any tree. I’m spamming learn and nothing, reset the game, reset UI, completely closed bnet. Idk what’s going on, anyone else see this issue yet?
EDIT: It works once you hit 57 and put ALL your points into the talent tree that you want to spec into.
I too was confused by this as the initial points you get cant be learned, if thats how its now meant to be they should note you have to hit that level before points can be used cause the way it is now seems broken.
My theory is starting at lvl 55, the game thinks that its the odd level to train a point, so its not recognising 55 and 56 as being talent levels (because never actually dinged at lvl 55) its an oversight or something terribly wrong, but yeah just needa get 57 
it sucks
