So i like the ring in korthia that gives like 120 haste/90 verse. i socketed the same ring on my hunter and shaman, but wont let my druid socket the same ring?!
Also i tried to socket the 230 crafted blue items head slot, and it also wont let me socket that item for whatever reason, even tho its the only haste verse helm available (i dont pve and i dont want to i pvp only)
is this a bug or ?
This sounds like a bug for sure.
This may be working as intended, some gear slots can’t be socketed and I don’t recall if helm is on the list. Also I seem to recall the 230 crafted gear specifically not being socketable, but I’m not 100% certain about that.
helm is able to be socketed. Just not sure why they would restrict a blue profession item from being socketed.
Me either, but the devs seem to think having too many sockets make balancing too difficult; yet they continue to design and implement systems that are way more convoluted and difficult to balance than a few secondary stat buffs. I learned a long time ago what makes sense to the devs often doesn’t makes sense to us players.
The crafted gear can’t be socketed, which is stupid because technically it is season 4 gear.
I’d put in a ticket about the ring. You should be able to socket it and you have proof that you were able to socket it on the other toons.
