Hello everyone. Just popping on here to see if anyone else is having this problem. I have tried multiple toons and multiple zones SL, DF, SW, etc, etc, and i can skyride in all of those. When i get to Boralus I am grounded on all dragonflying mounts. I can fly normal all around but when i switch nothing. Thanks for the look. Hope everyone enjoys all the new changes.
That’s unusual. Never had any flying issues there. Hopefully blizzard read your poster at least send a ticket or something

Having the same issue. I had no issues dragonriding before patch, now I can’t skyride at all in BFA specifically. Submitted a bug in-game for it. When summoning a random favorite mount, it summons ground mounts only. If I specifically mount a flying mount - including Dragonflight mounts that had riding before it was changed to skyriding - trying to fly just jumps. If I swap off skyriding, I can fly just fine the old way, but skyriding specifically just will not work for me in BFA. I have seen other people flying just fine, so it is a bit frustrating. Turning off all mods doesn’t help, either.

Exact same for me. I hope they fix this as it is super annoying.

Still happening to me as of 1:35 PST 24July24. Hopefully this gets figured out, it’s super annoying trying to get to different raids

As in, those other players are skyriding? That’d really be weird if it was something that was only affecting specific characters and not just a bug with the zones in general.
EDIT: I guess it must be only affecting some characters/accounts, not all. Just checked for myself and I can skyride just fine in BfA zones on this character.
Just used the portal, got to Boralus and I can immediately Skyride on my Windborne Velocidrake and multiple mounts that got changed to be SkyRiding mounts.
So it either got fixed since this was posted or
Same. I was just there attempting to tame the monkey (he’s not tameable yet. Lvl 50 and tried MM and BM and said not tameable by this lvl 70. booooo) and had no issues. And I was using the red cloud or one of the MoP disc mounts.
