Wow after weeks of suffering - this solved my problem!

I just logged into the forums for the first time in a year and discovered all these appreciative responses. XD
What I’ve ALSO determined is that, if I log in and am unable to move and have to force-quit WoW, I will have this problem and need to do the fix on that that character.
I have not determined what causes that, though.
Unchecking character-specific bindings didn’t work for us. However, we were able to fix the problem by editing this file in Notepad:
C:\Program Files (x86)\World of Warcraft_classic_\WTF\Account[youraccount]\bindings-cache.wtf
We deleted the lines that looked like this while the game was open:

Then saved the file and did /reload in the game. The problem was gone. Then we logged out and logged back in and the problem was still gone.

I’ve been having issues with my keybindings randomly disappearing, as well as not being able to shift click (for the first time today). Unchecking the character specific keybindings normally resets my keybindings but today it did not.
I suspect it may be happening because I play both factions. I only have issues with the account that logs into both factions. I log from my ally druid to my horde DK and no buttons work at all on occasion. The only thing that works is the mouse, and all keybindings are gone. I have to use the mouse to uncheck the keybindings box and typically all keybindings and keyboard functionality returns, but today it didn’t work and I had to redo all my keybindings for my DK.
Really frustrating.
