Can't select seige on dragonbane keep for the weekly

Went to talk to Therazal for the weekly and was given the two options, Emerald Bounty/Seige quests to complete. Wasn’t allowed to pick siege cause I haven’t earned the rep with valdrakkan eventhough im maxed rep?

Same here. Maxxed rep and I get this:

Same here. Maxed rep with Valdrakken, but told I don’t qualify for Siege.

Getting this error across multiple characters with maxed reputation, as well as guildies stating the same.
