Can't seem to get the Illusionist's Wraps

I got Primal Hakkari Bindings, did the first quest, got the Illusionist Frost Wraps. I want spellpower, not frost power, so I’m trying to do the quest again, with a second set of Primal Hakkari Bindings, in order to get the second piece… And Al’Tabim will not give me the quest.

The same happened with ZG shoulders, the frost set came automatically and I couldn’t choose which one I wanted.

there is only the frost set. The classic set has been replaced and does not exist in SoD
