Can't see the NPC's in Mechagon Island

I completed the quests to unlock the Mechagnomes as a Allie Night Elf Warrior; after finishing it, I can’t see the NPC’s in Mechagon Island; I’m interested in crafting the Blington 7000, and exploring this world with this character. It looks like it’s all destroyed, and only the mailboxes are available.

I have the heart of Azeroth unlocked, and I’ve done the quests of BfA with another alter, how can I unlock the characters of this zone again?

Got confused with the interface, this is the character with the issue.

Check your quest log to see if you might have something active that’s putting you in a different phase. If you haven’t relogged since you completed the quest, that’s always a good idea, too.

You probably need to unlock Nazjatar and follow that quest chain until you finish the quest to open the portal back to Boralus. That’s what opens up the actual Mechagon quest chain.
