Can't see text/msg in game

What I can see:

Blue Battlenet Messages I send/receive in game.
Raid/Instance messages I send/receive in the game.

What I can’t see:

Pink Whispers I send or receive
White /say messages
Loot information when I receive something (Except I see when I get Titan Residuum)

What I’ve Tried

Disabling Addons
Restarting and Reloading

How do I fix this??? This is ruining my ability to communicate with people before joining groups.

Hey, Proserpinah!

Please go to a major city like Stormwind and type the following in the chat channel:

/leave 1
/leave 2
/leave 3
/join General
/join Trade
/join Global
/resetchat

After you type all 7 of those, your chat should be back to normal. If not, I would recommend trying a full UI reset.
