The progression bar is stuck halfway⦠it just says āUpdating Blizzard Agentā¦ā and itās been sitting there for awhile now without budgingā¦
Iām not terribly tech savvy, but I found a post that gives some instruction for when this happens. Some of the steps youāve done, but definitely check any security programs you may be using to see if they are causing a problem.
I already did all that stuff. I also started a new help thread for this. (Also that data doesnāt help 'cause Iām in OSX, but I did follow the directions as per the help site).
Iām also not running any active firewalls or anything to the best of my knowledge.
Basically the bar is stuck where the āā¦ā ends in "updating blizzard agentā¦ā and refuses to budge and I donāt have a clue how to unstick it. I followed the directions so idk.
deleting my cache worked for me, it showed up under live when I restarted the client. Thanks!
Hereās me wondering if the āmac technical helpā forums are really the tumbleweed-strewn, cobweb-hung wasteland they seem to be.
Post has been sitting over there with no response for half a day nowā¦no response.
Still canāt install the bloody client. So now I have no bnet at all thanks to having been instructed to throw away my otherwise functional version of the client.
