Can't see campsites, realm missing, game bugged and can't get help

After buying some wow tokens yesterday, my UI completely froze (must have something to do with the token interface), and then my realm disappeared off the realm list and I was unable to access my characters.

That resolved itself after about an hour, but now my campsite is not showing up and all I can access is the old character select screen.

I’ve tried all the self help steps and my customer service ticket reply was just AI generated generic assistance pointing me to support articles.

I’ve searched and found some older forum posts about strange issues after buying tokens, but none of them have any resolutions on how to fix any of this.

EDIT: I think I fixed it. So if anyone finds this in the future, I moved my Cache, Interface, and WTF folders. Then started the game. Campsites were back. Then I simply moved the folders back so I didn’t lose any settings.

So I haven’t bought any tokens, but all my campsites are gone and I’m also back to the old character select screen. This wasn’t fixed by yesterday’s (Tuesday) patch, and I think they patched this morning as well (Wednesday Aug 27), but this persists.

Thank you adding a solution, I’ll see if it works tomorrow. Fingers crossed.
