Can't report botting, got "report system unavailable."

Saw a group of 5 players moving together like afk farm bots. I tried to report them and got an error message.

Is this a new hack by the afk bots to prevent anyone from reporting them? Or just unreliable reporting system that favors afk bots?

Definitely an issue, i used to report the group finders doing wts for real money trading, but keeps saying unavailable now. Now my queue is flooded with them
