Cant remove speech to text tab

i am having trouble finding out how to remove the speech to text tab on the default ui
i did a ui reset and now i have this little purple tab called voice that i cant seem to remove its not a big issue its just driving me nuts that i cant find out how to get rid of it

oh i did it i turned it off
i went into accessibility clicked the three options on the right that were already off on then off again and the box removed itself from the chat window tab
