The buff that shows that I’m wearing the dread pirate costume is gone, but my character seems to be wearing it after Pirate’s Day ending about 36 hours ago. I’m trying everything to get my original look back but if I hearthstone somewhere or switch my gear, the pirate look is back. 
They know of the issue.
Queuing for a skirmish and leaving immediately after accepting seems to be the best workaround for the time being.
