Cant redeem the Lunar New year Mount in US

When i try to redeem the Timbered Sky Snake Gift, it doesn’t show the US as an option.
i only get EU, Korea, and Taiwan

Did you check your collection in-game? I think I read somewhere that it doesn’t need to be redeemed unless you’re changing the region.

Mine was unlocked in-game in the mount tab.
Definitely try logging in and checking that real quick.

Six month and yearly subs. Everyone else can purchase it in the shop.
