When I go to the recrafting screen, I see the alchemist stone that I have created, and when I click on it to recraft it, nothing happens; it doesn’t populate the item in the interface, or do anything really. I have also tried dragging it in, having it equipped or in my bag, but nothing seems to work.
Actually, I figured out what was causing this bug after a week of not being able to recraft my item. I was searching for “recraft” in the search bar to find the recipe. When that search is present, I was unable to access the recrafting, but once I removed that from the search bar, the recrafting worked as expected.

Thanks for this! I also didn’t see Recraft Equipment until I searched for it. Bug or not, this is still going on. Happy to find this info.
I initially didn’t see it in the list and searched for it. When the list is filtered, I could not get my Alchemist Stone to stay in the interface.
When I removed the filter and knew where to look for it with the filter off, it worked properly.
This is most likely not working as intended.
