Same here. I keep getting the “Join as group failed” when trying to queue solo. I have tried disabling all my addons and reloading the game. Still having the issue.

We are getting the same issue here solo or in group. Wasn’t this a bug last year as well? One that was fixed?

some people can actually queue and have played games, a small percentage, i’ve tried all the above techniques and nothing has worked for me on any of my alts

Same issue. Can’t queue from any faction, level, server, etc. I don’t think that matters, but I have no idea what causes the issue.

Seems to still be the case. It’s said that the issue is related to not owning Shadowlands, same as not owning BfA was when that was happening last year - but I own Shadowlands so that’s not applying to me, nor, I doubt, to some of the people posting.

Hey all,

Our WoW team is aware of this issue and they will be working on it. Thanks for bringing it to attention.

Since this is more of a bug and not a technical issue, there’s not much we can do here on the Technical Support forums to address it.

Hopefully they can get it figured out and fixed up soon. I would just recommend trying to queue up again at a later time.
