Can't put a socket on a belt item?

I recently got to Tier 6, and was buying the item that let’s me put a socket on a piece of gear. It says it can be used for a belt, but it doesn’t let me put one there. Am I doing something wrong?

If it’s the Alloy-Warping Facetor then I believe it can only be used on a M+ item from this season (season 2).

Edit: Should also work on season 2 PvP gear but I haven’t tried.

I have all pvp gear. It let me put them on my neck, my wrist, and my two rings. My belt is just another piece of pvp gear; nothing different.

Yea I just looked at saw that. Not sure why it doesn’t work. :confused:

You can only use them on two pieces,that’s it.
