In Valdrakken I talked to Preservationist Kathos and did two quests. One was in the bank with the chalice and one was the spear. I talked to Elder Poa and put the spear in Warsong Hold where it was supposed to go. When I went to grab the next quest it never appeared. Bobby Carlisle doesn’t have any quests for me to complete.
