I wanted to reach out as a returning player by posting in the returning player help forum… can’t. No reply button, no topic creation etc…
Why? Can it be fixed please?
Do you have active game time? Posting anywhere in the forums other than Support is a privilege for paying customers.
If you do, but the game time was added recently, the Forum software may not have been notified. You can refresh the forums’ understand of your account status by logging out of the forums website and back in.

Same Here. Came back after 5 months or so. Been playing for a week, but can’t post in general discussion
