I gotta say as someone whos been playing since '05, it’s a bit unacceptable for servers to be this way. They could sink more money that we give them into it so that it works with a massive influx of people. Then again, I’m completely ignorant on how servers work and how much money is spent on the game itself and employees. The company is worth billions, this SEEMS to be an issue they could prepare for or easily resolve.
but again, it’s just a sense from someone who knows very little.

I must have misunderstood all your posts about Blizzard owing you 18 years (? again, game came out in 2004) of refunds and how awful it was that you couldn’t log in. Sounded angry to me.
