I am getting World MS ping issues, spell queuing during combat, game hanging for 10-15s then racing to catch up.
Not very often but I cant even check the packet loss I am getting because for whatever reason the OCE server is blocking all pings. 103.4.115.248 - times out immediately.
I can ping the US servers just fine, what is going on.
My connection seems fine to everywhere except blizzard. I run packet loss tests and latency/jitter/speeds tests to servers in Sydney where the OCE servers are kept but I cant even see where the problem is when it comes to blizzard servers.
I also recommend running a 10-minute WinMTR to host IP: 103.4.115.248 The goal is to run that program in the background when the issue is occurring at its worst in-game. You don’t have to stay connected if you disconnect just keep the test running for 10 minutes and get this data back to us in this thread.
If the test is stopping immediately one hop 1 or 2 then the issue is local to the router/modem blocking data requests using that particular route. The server itself cannot stop data requests to any node before the server.
If you could post the data you have that can at least get us a better idea of what you are seeing to ensure the community here is on the same page you are with this.
