Can't pickup "Propagate the News"

While doing the Mechagnomes Allied Race quest chain, I managed to zone out of the scenario without picking up the quest “Propagate the News”. I can’t find anywhere to pickup the quest or reenter the scenario. Anybody have any ideas?

I just had the same issue as of 11/29/20. Is there a fix to this?!?!

Oh wow, it is January 2024 and I still have this problem. I got the achievement for mechagnomes but it is glitched and I can’t make them, and ironically I got the achievement 11/19/20. So right around the time you noticed it is broken. I have put in tickets for 4 years and got zero useful help. Sigh… guess I just get rekt.
